Accomodation

Basic  NAOK rules are listed here (please note it is general information – accommodation and meals will be arranged by training organizers).

Information about accommodation is here. There are 12 double-rooms with own bathroom, one conference room and one canteen at NAOK.

Meals

During course will be served: breakfast, morning and evening snacks, lunch and dinner

Please select meals for lunches and dinners via online form. Please fill in the form till 1.03.2025.

Course content

The lecture course provides fundamental knowledge in aerosol sampling and conditioning as well as methods for in-situ measurements of physicaland chemical aerosol variables, covering all ACTRIS aerosol in-situ variables. Furthermore, a visit of the National Atmospheric Observatory Košetice and hands-on training for few aerosol instruments are part of the course. 

The course will be held face-to-face at the National Atmospheric Observatory Košetice in Czech Republic. interactive lectures will be given Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00. After dinner, there will be time to meet for leisure activities or discuss with the lectures.

All participants will obtain a certificate for their participation.

Course organizer

The course is organized by a central ACTRIS facility CAIS ECAC and ACTRIS-CZ.

Transport

The minibus transport will be organized with two pick-up points – Prague train main station and Prague Airport Václav Havel.
